• Prices are for weekly rental (Saturday to Saturday).

• Add 10% provincial sales tax to all rentals.

• Non-refundable deposit of $300.00 required within 2 weeks of booking.

• Balance of rental fee is required 3 weeks prior to start of rental.

• Rental fee is non-refundable, unless house is rented, in which case, ¼ of rental fee will be retained as an administration charge.

• Check-in time: after 3:30 p.m. Saturday; check-out time: by 10:30 a.m. Saturday. (Alternative arrangements may be made, subject to availability).

• No pets.

• No smoking.
